二. VIP Customers' Confidentiality Obligations

1) VIP clients undertake the Obligation of keeping secret for CSW's not yet publicly dynamic information & Products' Latest Information.
2) VIP Clients Consciously safeguard the Legitimate rights and interests of CSW.
3) Without CSW's written consent, VIP customers can't disclose CSW's not yet publicly dynamic information & products' latest information in any form to any entities or individuals.
4) VIP Customer Unauthorized Disclosure of CSW'S not yet publicly dynamic information & products' latest information which results in CSW's Economic and Reputation loss, once the issue were verified, CSW reserves all rights to safeguard their interests & rights by law.
5) VIP Customers agree and Promise to bear relative legal responsibility once they were verified with malicious disclosure of all Confidential information.
